Are you ready to learn how to care for your bike and body?
Deb Leaf will lead the first part of our evening with a hands on lessons on bike safety, changing a flat tire, and learning how to break and fix a chain and put it back together.
We will then head out for a gentle ride around the area and return to the Joy Center for a healthy snack.
Pam will end our evening with Restorative Yoga and relaxing lavender towels.
